You can buy cryptocurrency with a bank card on the WhiteBIT website. The process takes a few minutes, and once the payment status is successful, the funds are credited to your Main balance.
Buy Crypto is available for users with basic, pro, and advanced verification levels.
Buying cryptocurrency
- Open the Buy Crypto page by clicking the corresponding button at the top of the website.
- Select the currency for payment: EUR, USD, PLN, CZK, GBP or UAH.
- Choose the cryptocurrency you want to buy in the “I receive” field: BTC, ETH, LTC, XLM, USDT, TRX, XRP, USDC, LINK, DOGE, SOL, ADA, NEAR, AVAX, WBT, FET, ARB, SUI, PEPE, TON or EURI.
- Specify the desired amount. You will immediately see how much cryptocurrency you will receive for that amount at the current exchange rate.
- Select the payment method: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa/Mastercard, ZEN Pay (EUR ZEN and PLN ZEN) or Instant Bank Transfer.
Apple Pay is available in the Safari browser, and Google Pay in Google Chrome. To connect your ZEN account to your exchange account, you do not need to re-link it.
Please note: If a particular payment method is restricted in your country, the system will automatically mark it as unavailable and offer alternative options for adding funds to your account.
- Check the fees underneath the payment methods.
The fee for payments made via Apple Pay/Google Pay and Visa/Mastercard is 1.5% for banks in EU countries or 3.5% for banks outside the EU, as well as for commercial cards. The fee for Instant Bank Transfer is 1.5%, and for ZEN Pay 1%.
- Click the “Buy [ticker of the selected cryptocurrency]” button.
- Accept the Terms of Use.
- Double-check the details in the confirmation window.
- If everything is correct, click the “Confirm” button.
Once the payment status is successful, the funds will be credited to your Main balance.
