Request for Quote (RFQ) is a special one-time offer for new users and users who have never carried out a transaction via the “Buy Crypto” feature on WhiteBIT. It allows you to buy cryptocurrency at a fixed exchange rate. The rate is fixed for 1 hour.
To make a request, please follow these instructions:
- Open the promotional link.
- In the “I give” window, select the national currency in which you wish to make the payment.
- Enter the amount.
Please note: the maximum purchase amount is the equivalent of 1,000 EUR. If you enter a higher amount, it will automatically be capped at 1,000 EUR. The remaining amount can be purchased separately via the “Buy Crypto” feature.
- In the “I receive” window, select the ticker symbol of the cryptocurrency you wish to purchase.
Please note: RFQ supports selected assets, including: USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, TRX, TON, DOGE, WBT, SUI, EURI, ARB, NEAR, LINK, AVAX, PEPE and FET.
- Click “Lock my rate and sign up” if you are a new user, or “Lock my rate” if you already have a WhiteBIT account. The specified exchange rate will be locked in and the 1-hour countdown will begin.
- Finish registration on WhiteBIT and pass KYC verification.
Please note: a countdown timer showing the amount will be visible throughout the entire process of creating the request. You will also receive a push notification 5 minutes before the offer expires.
- Select an available payment method.
- Check the fixed exchange rate, the current exchange rate, the fee and the total amount.
- Click “Pay and claim”.
Done! Once payment has been successfully processed, the cryptocurrency will be credited to your balance.
Please note: The “P2P Express” payment method for purchasing cryptocurrency with UAH is not available for this offer. Furthermore, RFQ is only available in the standard version of the Pro Buy Crypto mobile app, but not in the Lite version.
FAQ
What happens if I don’t manage to complete my purchase within 1 hour?
When the timer reaches zero, the RFQ quota will expire and the fixed rate will no longer be available. After that, you can make a purchase using the standard “Buy Crypto” function.
What should I do if the KYC verification process is taking a long time?
Any delay during the verification process does not pause or extend the RFQ timer. If you are experiencing difficulties with the KYC verification process, please contact our support team. Such cases may be processed manually, but the original validity period of the quota remains unchanged.
Can an RFQ be cancelled?
Yes. You can cancel the quota at any time. Before cancelling, you will see the fixed exchange rate and the current exchange rate so that you can compare them.
Why has my quota disappeared?
In some cases, the quota may be automatically cancelled. This may happen if:
- Following a change of country of residence in the KYC verification form, the selected crypto pair is no longer available in your country.
- There is no available payment method for your account.
