IVY (Instant Bank Transfer) is a deposit and withdrawal method available among other fiat providers designed for EUR transactions. IVY operates as an open banking transfer. The daily deposit limit for this method is 14,500 EUR. It is currently supported by 190 European banks, with a transaction fee of 1.5%.
Instant Bank Transfer belongs to the same group of methods as Checkout Visa/Mastercard, SEPA Clear Junction, SEPA FINCI, and ZEN.
In the event that your bank does not support IVY, the bank transfer will be processed in the standard format.
Withdrawals via this method are currently unavailable.
How to deposit EUR IVY in the application
To make a EUR IVY deposit, please follow these steps:
Go to the "Wallet" tab on the app's home page and click the "Deposit" button.
Find EUR in the list or type the ticker into the search bar and click on it.
Once the EUR deposit window opens, click “OPEN BANKING”.
Next, click “Continue”. In the window for choosing deposit methods, select “EUR Instant Bank Transfer”.
Enter the EUR amount you wish to deposit into the corresponding field. The commission details, as well as the minimum and maximum deposit amounts, will be displayed below.
Please note: In the bottom right corner, you will see the net amount (after the commission is deducted) that will be credited once the procedure is successfully completed.
Click “Proceed” to open the bank selection window.
To choose your bank, use the search function or click on the search bar. You can also select your bank's country on the right; this will display a list of banks in that country that support EUR IVY deposits.
Please note: If your bank does not support Instant Bank Transfer, we recommend completing the deposit process as follows:
Click the "x" close icon at the top of the bank selection page and select “Pay by manual bank transfer”.
Once the transaction details page opens, copy the information and make the payment via your banking app or bank's website.
Do not close the transaction details page. After a successful payment, click “I have sent the transfer”.
Click on your bank icon. If you need to change your bank, return to the previous page. You can also enable or disable the option to save your account details.
To proceed to the next step, click “Continue”.
After clicking the “Continue” button at the bottom of the screen, you will be redirected to your banking app.
Review all transaction details within the app. To successfully complete the deposit, pass the 3DS verification.
Once you have provided confirmation, the deposit procedure will be successfully completed.
You can now check the transaction details in the "History" section. Monitor your transaction status under the "Main" tab.
How to deposit EUR IVYon the website
To make a EUR IVY deposit, please follow these steps:

Click the "Deposit" button in the row corresponding to the EUR ticker.
In the deposit window, click “EUR Instant Bank Transfer” to select this method.
Enter the required EUR amount in the corresponding field. Information regarding the fee, as well as the minimum and maximum deposit amounts, will be displayed below.

Next, choose to confirm the payment either via your browser or the mobile banking app:
If you choose browser confirmation, you will be redirected to your bank's website. Log in to your bank account.
If you choose the mobile app for confirmation, scan the QR code on the screen using your phone's camera. The banking app will open automatically after scanning.
Once you log in to your bank account (either on the website or via the app), a receipt with detailed information about your transfer will appear. Please check that all information is correct.
To successfully complete the deposit, confirm the payment and pass the 3DS verification.
After a successful payment, the deposit procedure will be completed.
You can now check the transaction details in the "History" section. Monitor your transaction status under the "Main" tab.
